Highlight Windows And Exposed Rafters
The new extension included a skillion roof with exposed oregon rafters and celestory windows to draw the north light right into the centre of the open plan space. At night time concealed fluroescent lights at the top section of the rafters direct soft light down the sections between the rafters for a great effect.
