Brunswick East Extension - Modern and Energy Efficient

Void Between East and West Wings

Void Between East and West Wings

The east and west wings of the second level are joined by slatted tasmanian oak bridges with toughened glass balustrading. This ensures maximum light transfer from the upper level down to the ground level. The void between the east and west wings of the second level ensures that lower level heat rises into the void where it can be extracted in summer by an extraction fan. The void also ensures north light from the floor to ceiling windows gets directed well into the centre of the home.
